Guarantee of Satisfaction
Our skin care products are guaranteed, if you are unhappy with your results, we will return your money...simple as that! Other merchandise must be returned within 10 days for a boutique credit, no cash refunds will be issued. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

Polish Promise
We promise your polish will last up to 2 days after your manicure and up to 10 days after your pedicure. Should your polish chip or flake, you may return for a fresh polish application at no charge.

Consideration
Our Beauty Boutique is a place to get away from it all. Refraining from using a cellular phone and silencing ringers would be greatly appreciated. Our environment is not conducive for young children as we offer quiet relaxation.

Promptness
We do our best to stay on time with our guests’ appointments. We expect our guests to arrive on time as well. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes from your treatment. Unfortunately, no matter how late you are, your treatment will end on time or may need to be rescheduled, so not to deprive our next guest of their full, unrushed service.

Cancellation Policy
We require a 48 hour notice for Package appointments and A 50% service fee will be charged without this notice. No-shows will be charged the full service price. 24 hour notice for all other appointments is respectfully requested.
